Nothing gets the nostalgia flowing quicker and with more pezazz than a vintage poster. Some film posters are now incredibly valuable, but the less expensive 1980's, 1990's and 2000's posters also make superb presents. What better way to show someone you know them well than to pick out their favourite film, or a poster from their favourite recording artist or band? Or to put a smile on the face of a grandparent who grew up in the wartime years, or thereafter? Or maybe you're passionate about history, or have a thing for industrial blueprints. Posters come up in auctions across the country, though we’d always advise caution when using sites such as ebay as certain more valuable posters have seen an explosion in copies and counterfeits throughout the last decade.
